WHAT IS KOMBUCHA?

Kombucha is a cultured tea beverage touted for its numerous health benefits. It is known by many names such as Divine Tsche or the Tea of Immortality. We simply call ours Tea of Life.

Tea of Life Kombucha is a naturally energizing, slightly effervescent cultured beverage that is produced using organic black and green teas, organic cane sugar, organic fruit & herb infusions, and a “Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast” (SCOBY), resulting in a deliciously fizzy and uplifting drink that is full of beneficial probiotic bacteria that aid in digestion and help boost the immune system.

Culturing is a way of supercharging food, preserving it, making it more flavourful and digestible, while also making nutrients more bioavailable, breaking down certain toxic compounds, and producing other more beneficial compounds.
